Co-creating a more sustainable,
equitable, efficient and
healthy food system.
Our Mission
To advance individual, community, and environmental health in East Multnomah County by providing healthy, locally grown produce; access to land; educational programs; and community-led events.
Join us on July 25 for our Mid Summer Soirée!
This year's Mid Summer Soirée is bigger and more delicious than ever. We're thrilled to introduce the inaugural Thimbleberry Top Chef Cook-Off, where talented local chefs will transform fresh, seasonal produce from our farm into creative appetizer-style dishes for you to sample and judge. Taste them all and help crown our very first Top Chef champion!
The fun doesn't stop there. Enjoy an evening filled with:
Live music by Dustin Dale Gaspard, the Bayou Bard from The Voice!
Farm-fresh pizza made in our new cob oven
Local wine (and refreshing nonalcoholic beverages)
Nature-inspired art activities
A raffle featuring fun and unique prizes
Beautiful summer farm scenery (come say hi to our chickens and ducks!)
Build a cob oven with us!
We are about to build a cob oven at the farm on July 13th and you are invited to help us! This is part of the Village Building Convergence happening all throughout the Portland metro area. If you’d like to help us build between 10am and 4pm, please fill out our volunteer registration form and let us know!
Help us make farm field trips safer and smoother!
We are raising $30k to install a new gravel driveway and parking area at the farm, which will help to prevent school buses from getting stuck, will improve the flow of traffic to ensure a slower and safer entrance to the farm and better visibility at the exit, and will include a fire truck turnaround, a school bus sized parking spot, and an ADA paved parking spot. Thank you for contributing to The Road to Farm Education campaign!
Join us on our next Volunteer Day!
At Thimbleberry Collaborative Farm, we strive to provide opportunities for our community to be involved and gain hands-on experience at the farm. Join us for an educational and fun-filled day at our next volunteer day! In 2026, our volunteer days will be every MWF, 9am-12pm, April through November.
