2024 Volunteer Days
From March until November, we will have weekly volunteer days on Wednesdays, 9am-12pm, at the farm (29089 SE Kelso Rd.). Everyone is welcome! Tasks will vary week to week, but will often include working in our row crop area, learning garden, orchard, and/or chicken run.
Our first weekly volunteer day will be March 6 and our last volunteer day of the year will be November 27.

October 14 Volunteer Day and Potluck
Join us for our next volunteer day and potluck on October 14! We’ll be doing some farm work and then enjoying a farm-fresh potluck together. Bring the whole family!
September 6 Volunteer Day

August 13 Volunteer Day
Join us at the farm this Sunday for our next volunteer day and potluck! We'll be working in the learning garden together, enjoying a potluck outside on our new picnic tables, and then walking around our neighborhood to give zucchini muffins and Harvest Celebration invites to our neighbors! We'll be at the farm (29089 SE Kelso Rd., Boring, OR 97009) from 10am to 2pm.
July 22 Potluck and Volunteer Day
Join us on July 22, 9am-5pm, for a potluck and volunteer day at our farm (29089 SE Kelso Rd., Boring, OR 97009)! We’ll be building picnic tables, painting signs for the learning garden, weeding, and more. You can see our baby chicks in their new home (the coop built by students at Sam Barlow High School), too! June 25 Volunteer Day
Join us on June 25 to work in the fields and help us to make our new learning garden as engaging and exciting as possible for future education program participants! We’ll have a potluck, too, so send us a message through our Contact Us page to let us know if you’re planning to attend, so that we can be sure to make enough food for each of our dishes. April 26 Volunteer Day
Join us for a volunteer day on April 26, 4-6:30pm, at 29089 SE Kelso Rd., Boring, OR 97009! We will be building the rest of our raised beds for the learning garden, filling them with soil, and building trellises if there is time. Please fill out this form if you are interested. Lilac Run Volunteer Opportunity
Thimbleberry Collaborative has been given the opportunity to table at this year’s Lilac Run. Join us during this volunteer opportunity as we connect with the community, staff the race course, and cheer on the participants!
