Our Supporters

Thank You to all who support Thimbleberry.

We couldn’t do this without you!

  • WJS Properties, LLC

WJS Properties, LLC has supported Thimbleberry in many ways, most significantly by leasing land to us so that we may have a more permanent home for our nonprofit educational farm!

  • GGIFT, LLC

GGIFT, LLC has generously supported our organization from the very beginning! Thanks to GGIFT, LLC’s continued support, we had a successful first season at Headwaters Farm and we are well prepared to grow our operations at the new property.

  • Elcor Electric

Elcor Electric has become one of Thimbleberry’s most generous supporters! The company’s donations will help us to purchase a tractor and install an irrigation system at our new property.

  • Yale Climate Innovation Fund

We received a grant from the Yale Climate Innovation Fund, through Yale’s Center for Business and the Environment (CBEY)! These funds supported us in the research and development phase of starting the farm.

  • SeedMoney

We were awarded two challenge grants during the 2021 Seed Money campaign! Seed Money is an awesome organization that helps gardening groups to raise money.

  • Joint Electrical Industry Fund

Joint Electrical Industry Fund, a collaboration between NECA and IBEW, generously donated to our 2022 Haul-iday campaign! With their support, we will be able to purchase a tractor and install an irrigation system at the new property.

  • Yale SOM Entrepreneurial Fellowship

Our founder was awarded an Entrepreneurship Fellowship through Yale School of Management’s Entrepreneurship Program! These funds will help to support the farm in our first two years of operation.

  • Oregon Community Foundation

We are very grateful to have received an award from the Carl J. and Alma Johnson Fund of Oregon Community Foundation! This award will support our staffing needs for field trips in the 2022-2023 academic year.

  • Hardy Plant Society

The Hardy Plant Society generously awarded us funds to purchase a harvest cart, hand tools, and fall cover crop seed for our plot at Headwaters Farm! Thank you, HPSO.

  • GroMoreGood Grassroots Grant

We received a grant through Kids Gardening’s GroMoreGood Grassroots Grant program! These funds helped us to build ADA-accessible raised beds in our learning garden.

Make a donation.

At Thimbleberry we recognize that what we do wouldn’t be possible without all of your support. We appreciate any and all donations made towards our efforts to create a more sustainable, equitable, efficient, and healthy food system.
