You are invited to Thimbleberry's 2nd Annual Harvest Celebration, happening Sunday September 17, 11am-3pm, at Mt. Hood Center in Boring! Like last year, there will be great food and drinks, live music, educational activities, and a silent auction. This year, we want to make sure everyone can attend, so entrance is FREE! We are also adding a few new fun activities-- more information coming soon :). It'll be fun for the whole family!
All proceeds from this event will support Thimbleberry's food access and education programs. We use sustainable practices to grow nutritious produce to donate to local food pantries and to give to Milk Crate Kitchen to turn into meals for patients at Wallace, a medical clinic in Rockwood! We also offer field trips and workshops at our farm to teach folks in East Multnomah and Clackamas Counties about growing and cooking with seasonal produce, and to build community around food and farming.
